It also means that you do not have to go through a third party to register the instruction. Instead simply contact us as an account holder with the relevant (secure) property details and we will do the rest to ensure that you get your "FOR SALE" board up ASAP. Part of this service will also allow you to collate your own HIP solution in conjunction with our independant partner organisations, or, if you have your own Panel Managers we will be happy to take instructions from them.

Landlords 
Midlands Energy Assessors are also working with large estate owners who have a large number of properties that require EPC's prior to October 1st 2008 as a requirement of the Energy Perfomance in Buildings Regulation. This states that EPC's will be required on the rental of dwellings from the above date - we urge all estate owners to be prepared for this legal obligation and will be more than happy to work alongside them in order for them to meet this target date.
